How do I see my daily calorie and macro progress?

Check your carbs, calories, and macros for the day at a glance.

Your daily log shows your daily progress with a big calorie ring at the top and macro progress cards below. You can see exactly how much you've eaten and how much you have left for the day.

How it works

  1. Open CarbiGo to the Daily Log tab (bottom left).

  2. At the top, you'll see:

    • Calorie ring β€” a circular progress indicator showing your calories consumed vs. your daily target

    • Macro cards β€” three cards showing your Net Carbs, Protein, and Fat with progress bars for each

  3. Each card shows:

    • What you've eaten so far (in bold)

    • Your daily target

    • How much is left (or how much you're over)

  4. The colors update as you log:

    • Green = on track or under your target

    • Yellow = getting close

    • Red = over your target

Good to know

  • If you're using a custom carb tracking method (Total Carbs instead of Net), that's what shows on the carb card.

  • Tap any card to see a detailed breakdown of that nutrient (all the vitamins, minerals, fiber, etc.).

  • Your progress updates immediately as you log food.

  • If you go over your target, the card will show how much you've exceeded it β€” this is helpful for learning your patterns.
