Your daily log shows your meals for the day — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack — along with a calorie ring and macro progress cards at the top. You can add food to a specific meal, or use the big + button and CarbiGo will pick the right meal based on the time of day.
Steps
Open CarbiGo to the Daily Log tab (bottom left of the screen).
Either:
Tap the + button next to a meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack) to add food to that specific meal, or
Tap the big + button in the bottom-right corner and CarbiGo will automatically assign the meal based on the current time of day.
You'll be taken to the meal builder, where you can search for foods, scan a barcode or label, snap a photo, or describe what you ate.
Add one or more foods to your meal, review the details, and confirm.
Your daily calorie and macro totals update right away.
Good to know
You can add multiple foods and recipes to the same meal before confirming.
All your logged foods appear under their meal on the daily log. You can tap any food to edit its details, delete it, view detailed nutrients, move it to a different meal (drag and drop), or copy it to a different day.
Use the arrows next to the date at the top to step between days, or tap the date to open a calendar view.
Scroll down below your meals to find the Fasting widget and Water widget for tracking intermittent fasting and hydration.
The bottom navigation bar (Daily Log, Recipes, Progress) is always visible so you can switch between sections quickly.
