Point your camera at a product's barcode and CarbiGo will pull up the nutrition info instantly. With over a million barcode foods in our database, it's the fastest way to log packaged foods.

Steps

  1. Tap the meal builder or tap the + button on your daily log.

  2. Tap the Capture button at the bottom.

  3. Select the barcode icon (camera with a barcode symbol).

  4. Point your camera at the barcode on the package. CarbiGo will scan and look up the nutrition information.

  5. If we found a match, the nutrition info appears. Review it, pick a serving size, and tap Add to [Meal] to log it.

  6. If we didn't find an exact match, you can try scanning it again, or use the Describe option to manually enter the information.

Good to know

  • Your barcode scans are added to My Foods so you can log them again in the future without scanning.

  • Scanning works best in good lighting and with a clear, flat barcode.

  • If a barcode scan doesn't find a match, that product may not be in our database yet. You can use the Describe option or manually adjust the numbers after a label scan.
