If CarbiGo is running slowly, freezing, or crashing, here are some things to try.

Quick fixes

  1. Close and reopen the app. Swipe CarbiGo out of your recent apps and open it again.

  2. Restart your device. A fresh restart can clear background issues that affect app performance.

  3. Update the app. Make sure you're running the latest version of CarbiGo from the App Store or Google Play. We regularly release updates with performance improvements and bug fixes.

  4. Check your storage. If your device is nearly full, apps can slow down. Free up some space and try again.

  5. Check your internet connection. Some features (like food search and AI logging) need an internet connection to work properly.
