  • Want a balanced approach? Try Balanced or Zone.

  • Training for strength or muscle? Try High-Protein.

  • Prefer more carbs? Try Low-Fat or Balanced.

How to customize

If none of these fit perfectly, you can also create a custom macro split. Go to Profile β†’ Diet & Goals and enter your own percentages.
