Made a mistake or need to adjust something you already logged? You can edit, delete, move, or copy any food on your daily log.
How to edit a logged food
On your Daily Log, find the food you want to edit.
Tap the food to open its details.
You can now:
Adjust the amount — tap the serving field and change the number or unit
View full nutrition — see all the micro and macronutrients
Delete — tap the trash icon to remove it from your meal
Tap Save to confirm your changes.
How to move or copy a food
Drag and drop — tap and hold a food, then drag it to a different meal slot on the same day.
Copy to another day — tap the food, then tap the + icon to add a copy of it to another day.
Delete — tap the trash icon to remove it completely.
Good to know
You can edit quantities, cooking methods, or other details after logging.
Changes update your daily totals immediately.
Deleted foods are gone, but you can always log them again from your history or favorites.
