How do I edit or delete a logged food?

Fix a mistake or remove something from your log in a few taps.

Made a mistake or need to adjust something you already logged? You can edit, delete, move, or copy any food on your daily log.

How to edit a logged food

  1. On your Daily Log, find the food you want to edit.

  2. Tap the food to open its details.

  3. You can now:

    • Adjust the amount — tap the serving field and change the number or unit

    • View full nutrition — see all the micro and macronutrients

    • Delete — tap the trash icon to remove it from your meal

  4. Tap Save to confirm your changes.

How to move or copy a food

  1. Drag and drop — tap and hold a food, then drag it to a different meal slot on the same day.

  2. Copy to another day — tap the food, then tap the + icon to add a copy of it to another day.

  3. Delete — tap the trash icon to remove it completely.

Good to know

  • You can edit quantities, cooking methods, or other details after logging.

  • Changes update your daily totals immediately.

  • Deleted foods are gone, but you can always log them again from your history or favorites.
