When you disable fasting:
What's removed:
The fasting card disappears from your Daily Log
The active fast indicator is hidden
You won't see fasting progress or history screens
What's preserved:
Your fasting history is saved (not deleted)
Your duration preference is saved
If you had an active fast, it's stopped and saved with its current duration
When you re-enable fasting:
All your previous history reappears
Your duration preference is restored
You can pick up right where you left off
Disabling fasting is a way to simplify your view β it doesn't delete any data.
