You can enable or disable fasting tracking in your app settings.
To turn fasting on or off:
Go to Settings
Tap Feature Settings
Find Fasting in the list
Toggle the switch on or off
When fasting is enabled (default for new users), you'll see the fasting card on your Daily Log and can track your fasts.
When fasting is disabled, all fasting UI is hidden. This is useful if you don't practice intermittent fasting and want a simpler Daily Log.
