Can I start a fast from yesterday?

This article describes what to do if you forgot to start your fast yesterday.

Yes. If you forgot to start your fast:

  1. Tap Start from last meal on the Fasting card

  2. Select Yesterday at the top of the time picker

  3. Set the time you actually stopped eating

  4. Tap Start fast

You can set a start time as far back as yesterday at 12:00 AM.

If the fast would have already ended (start time + duration is in the past), KAI records it as a completed fast automatically.
