How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Get your subscription back after reinstalling or switching devices.

If you delete the app and reinstall it, or move to a new phone, you can restore your CarbiGo subscription using your Apple ID or Google Play account.

How to restore your subscription

  1. Download CarbiGo on your new device (or reinstall it on the same device).

  2. Sign in with the same email, Apple ID, or Google account you used before.

  3. Go to Profile (top left).

  4. Tap My Subscription.

  5. Tap Restore past purchases.

  6. Your subscription will be restored automatically.

Good to know

  • Restoring works instantly β€” no waiting.

  • You must sign in with the same account you used when you originally subscribed.

  • Your subscription status is tied to your CabiGo profile, not your device.

If restoration doesn't work

  • Make sure you're signed in with the correct account.

  • Check that your device's date and time are set correctly.

  • Try signing out and back in.

  • Contact Support (Profile β†’ Help Center) if issues persist.
