Your CarbiGo subscription is flexible. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime without penalties.
How to manage your subscription in CarbiGo
Go to Profile (top left).
Tap My Subscription.
You'll see:
Your current plan and renewal date
Billing history
Options to cancel, restore past purchases, or contact support
Canceling your subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Confirm your cancellation.
Your subscription will end on the current renewal date — you'll keep full access until then.
No refunds for partial months.
**You can also tap the 'Need help' link on the paywall screen if you are having any problems with your subscription.
Canceling your subscription on iPhone
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
Find CarbiGo in the list and tap it.
From here, you can change your plan or tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling your subscription on Android
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Find CarbiGo and tap it.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
Billing and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically on your renewal date.
Check your renewal date in the My Subscription section.
AppleID and Google Play handle billing — contact them directly for refund requests.
CarbiGo will honor Apple and Google's refund policies.
Good to know
If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged at all
If you cancel after your trial, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription - you need to cancel through the app store settings.
If you're having trouble finding your subscription, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.
